Meet Your Trainers

Steve Bradshaw-Haydock
(Director of Coaching - CrossFit HQ Trainer, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer & CrossFit Endurance Certified, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt)
I am a Level 2 Trainer, CrossFit HQ Trainer and joint owner of Crossfit Surrey. I found CrossFit in December 2007 while looking for a physical conditioning program that would push me to my limits and improve my all round health as well as complement my training as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor.
The results were amazing! After only a few weeks I could already feel the difference. My wife and I were quickly achieving the results we had always wanted whilst putting in a fraction of the time that we were used to.
The CrossFit community spirit is an amazing thing. It motivates to you to work harder and more intensely than you could ever imagine. CrossFit has become a part of my everyday life with an approach to fitness and nutrition that keeps me coming back for more. I hope to see you soon.... 3...2...1...GO!

I am a Level 2 trainer, CrossFit HQ Trainer and joint owner at CrossFit Surrey. As an ex-gymnast, the variety and intensity of the CrossFit program appealed to me straight away and I did my first CrossFit session on 31st December 2007 and completed my Level 1 certification 10 months later, 8 months pregnant!
After having my second baby in December 2008 I threw myself into the CrossFit workouts to lose my baby weight. It wasn?t easy but recording my improvement and having a great group to workout with gave me the motivation to keep pushing hard.
Now my little boy is a year old and I am in better shape at 30 with two children than I was in my twenties. I love the community of CrossFit, where people of all ages and fitness levels can train in one room and know they all have one thing in common ? they love CrossFit (but hate burpees!)
