Since I have been training using the CrossFit method I have made huge gains in my general fitness. I have seen significant increases in strength, power, cardiovascular endurance all from the short duration high intensity workouts that CrossFit uses.
I have been coming along to CrossFit for about 3 months now, and I'm loving it! I have always been into keeping myself reasonably fit but CrossFit has taken me to another level. I really have seen a big difference in my performance in just a short period of time. The group sessions really fit in with my busy lifestyle and mean that I leave every 30 minute session with a great sense of personal achievement as well as feeling that I have had a great workout. There is always a positive vibe in the group that you can feed off to help you get through those last few reps.
Since starting CrossFit I have noticed improvement in my strength, stamina and overall fitness. The atmosphere at Crossfit Surrey makes it a fun and friendly place to train.
I joined Crossfit a month ago after having a baby. The training has increased my fitness levels and given me so much more energy with the results noticing in a short period of time. As the sessions are only 30 minute this fits well into my busy life as a mum. Crossfit offers a fun and friendly environment to train in.
